About this experience

A LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE FOR EXECUTIVES NAVIGATING TURBULENT TIMES

A Living Operating System for Business – Introductory Course     

   

In a time when there is a consistent stream of upheavals and changes at all levels, it takes a different level of energy to manage, direct and lead.

As leaders, we are:

  • taking in a high complexity of information and learning at a new level of detail to be able to make the kinds of decisions we are facing;
  • wearing many hats and tending to sometimes conflicting needs;
  • rationally coming to solutions that don’t always fit the outcomes we are looking for.

“The more voices the better” doesn’t always help either. There’s still a sorting process once stakeholders have been heard from, often with power gradients to address.

Amidst all of this, there’s a natural way of being that brings out our authentic moves – a place that feels more easeful and generative. The push and pull of who we are asked to be as leaders can result in a covering of our naturalness, until we wonder who is making the decisions. Introspection and reflection are a key to opening the door to our aliveness.

Allowing the way we think to shift on an escalator that moves towards radical inclusivity and awareness, is a new kind of way to access our natural inclinations as leaders. From this place, we can incorporate complexity more expansively, rise above the push and pull of competing demands and step into a new level of leading.

 

The Invitation:

This 2-session experience is for leaders who are ready to rise to a new level of leading that comes with more space inside, upliftment and creativity.

We’ll give you a taste of upleveling the internal operating system that informs your leadership so you can be present with more awake awareness to your unique call as a leader.

 

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is an invitation-only experience for leaders who:

  • Experience the intersection of contradiction: growth and exhaustion, innovation and risk, stakeholder demands and personal values.
  • Know the old playbook on complex, wicked problems, no longer holds
  • Are rebels at heart, crazy enough to think they can change the world, and are willing to uplevel themselves to do it
  • Want to orient more to the emerging future and focus less on past rescue strategies

 

OUR CONDITIONED MIND ORIENTS US

The way we are present to today’s complexity shapes everything:

  • what gets noticed (and gets ignored),
  • what options are allowed as “possible,”
  • range of flexibility and ability to adapt

This “orientation system” lives inside a conditioned mind that constantly tells us what’s real, important, and doable.

To address the unprecedented problems of our time, we need an unprecedented way of orienting—outside our conditioned mind. This is where a living operating system begins.

 

THE PROMISE: AWAKE AWARENESS IN BUSINESS

In this Introduction to a Living Operating System, you will begin to cultivate:

  • New ways of knowing and relating to the hyper-acceleration of AI and other meta-crisis challenges.
  • Awake awareness in business—the capacity to be lucid, grounded, and creative in the middle of turbulence.
  • Design Awareness—a made-to-measure way of perceiving and acting that reflects your natural inclination, and is unique to your role, and your enterprise.

 

This isn’t about fixing your problems. It’s about:

Shifting into a new level of consciousness for how humans lead.

 

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS

SESSION 1: ORIENTING TO LIFE MISSION AND THE GREAT UPLIFT

  • Ask questions of ultimate meaning – open the door to skillful life mission practice
  • Move past polarity thinking of the conditioned mind for your intention
  • Articulate the Great Uplift for an intention that is important to you

SESSION 2: PRACTICING A LIVING OPERATING SYSTEM

  • Expand awareness – drop the conditioned mind and move into a state of awareness, helpful for other aspects of the operating system
  • Build skill with Intention – explore intention as something to be skillful with to support manifesting goals
  • A new way of scanning information flows 

This work prepares you to be present to what’s emerging and what wants to happen for the flourishing of all life.

 

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • A new way of meeting complexity — less reactivity, more grounded responsiveness.
  • An orientation to leadership that includes all of who you are and are becoming.
  • Practices to uplift and uplevel your intelligence and perspective. This will put you on the escalator to move through stages of development.
  • A new capacity to be in life you could apply to partnering with your colleagues, stakeholders, team, parenting and family, AI…

This is an introduction. A first opening into what a full Living Operating System (HuOS) can mean inside your company.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Format:

  • 2 live, interactive sessions on Zoom
    • Session 1: 5 hours, 9am – 2pm PST – Life Mission, Vertical View
    • Session 2: 6 hours, 9am – 3pm PST – Practice, Design Awareness & Living OS Foundations
    • Hourly breaks

When:

  • Upcoming cohort: Friday, May 22 & Monday, May 25, 2026

Where:

  • Delivered online via Zoom, designed for deep presence (not passive consumption).
