About this experience

There is a saying that the answer to all the problems on the planet at this time are in the hearts of the people on the planet. If this is true, how do we ensure we are taking action what has meaning to us? What is the action confidence we need now to meet the unprecedented complex nature of our time?

Creativity and Action Confidence is about deepening your understanding of yourself so you can act more meaningfully in your job, with your team and in the world. As you become present to what is internally keeping you from acting on what you say you care about, you’ll be able to access a new level of creativity in your actions.

When our actions are based on past business training and experience, there is an assumption that those actions will be relevant to what is incoming from the future, which is risky territory. What would it mean for your confidence in acting to be based on a solid skill to co-sense and co-create with an incoming future? What if the word “unprecedented” was your friend, not your enemy?

We are in times when even the smallest action done with intention has a ripple effect. So often, when we have said yes to a meaningful vision, we still need to meet what comes between us and making that vision a reality. Imagine, now, your team having a context for action confidence that allows for an even greater ripple effect.

What if we can truly be the ones we are waiting for?

"How do you build skill with action confidence in a way that prepares you for the complexity of an uncertain future? What is the action confidence skillfulness we collectively need in a moment-by-moment unprecedented call for action?"

Why this course? Why now?

If it’s true that there is a remedy within each of us, then there is also a way for each of us to bring that forward. Action for the sake of action is not helping us move the needle to the next place we need to be in the world. Developing vocabulary that supports meaningful action is a skill for our times, so we are part of the dream of possibility from a place of greater awareness.
