About this experience

We know our world is profoundly and drastically changing on a daily basis. We feel the gap of living in-between how it was and what’s next. We are in undiscovered territory, and thirsty for a new Way. This is the HuPerson Project.

A human being is part (and whole) of the whole living ecosystem. Our human bios design allows for the capacity to live consciously, being awake aware and to adapt to an ever-changing environment. We do this through learning, knowing what matters and having a willingness to take risks.

Becoming a HuPerson is about discovering your destiny – the Why of the way you live, fully awake and alive, in that destiny. Being aware of deep self’s meaning is something you choose and practice daily as if you’re a musician longing for mastery of her instrument. When you live and embody that destiny, you are the instrument. This work combines your Why and the manner in which you bring that Why into the world.

This way of working helps us respond in any situation from the highest song artfully, beautifully, skillfully, sacredly. As we cultivate more mastery, it can also include the way we relate and connect to transactions at multiple, simultaneous levels. Imagine what would open for us creatively and practically in our day-to-day leadership. Imagine the elegance of the choices and decisions we make sourced from this place in ourselves.

Then, how will you design responding to this kind of call? You might need something in addition to design thinking. You might need design from awake awareness, a structure of mind you bring to design. It would allow for upstream awake aware design, preventing you from making a decision that creates more problems no one wants. Learning to co-design, co-create, co-presence, co-evolve with Life and the future that wants to happen.

This is the HuPerson Project, and the conversations we were made for. We’re introducing a new operating system. It supports your Destiny Design and learning how to navigate the speed and complexity of living and working from this operating system. It brings together two streams: your Why, and the manner in which you bring that into your leadership environment, skillfully, elegantly, meaningfully.

HOW THIS WORKS
