About this experience
To meet our unprecedented times, there are those who sense business is due for deep structural change. Rapid, massive digital transformation is calling forward rapid changes in the way we operate as leaders. This is beyond integration of complexity – we need a way to move past our mental constructs to sense what is possible from a new place. We need a new operating system for the human bios.
The DesignOS mastermind will help you become skillful with moving towards awake awareness, where you can access knowing beyond the mind. From here, you’ll be able to direct your mind in the direction of your destiny, and sense incoming from the future.
The original ‘mastermind,’ coined by Napoleon Hill, is a place where the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts, in that participants begin to give and receive support from each other as if part of a greater intelligence operating through their daily lives.
Our mastermind begins more like a masterclass, where participants are trained in the pillars of the operating system, and then starts to move into a co-creative mastermind.
At the end of 9 months, you will have introductory skill with:
- Awake awareness, or, awareness that directs mind
- Intention as a practice
- Articulation of your Destiny
- Sensing incoming from the future
- Knowing when action is indicated
- Designing your next step with Intention
These skills are highly relevant in the behind the scenes work required for deep transformation of business. We aren’t going to get there on figuring out what to do next based on the past, or using AI to crunch our data for us and tell us what to do. We need to move past the mind and then a way to work with the knowing that begins to develop. This work is an elegant operating system for our consciousness that helps us tap into the flow of life while also being present to our unique Destiny. When done together in a group setting, we start to co-weave a learning space that has a lasting impact.

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS
2 Day Introduction: Orientation to the Operating System
We begin with a 2-day highly experiential orientation to the DesignOS Operating System. The first day focuses on your Destiny and your higher vision using proprietary processes and techniques. You’ll have an opportunity to clear the path through polarities and habits of mind.
The second day, you be lightly immersed in awareness training, intention practice and brailing to give you an early experience of knowing from dropped in awareness. We return to these topics in the mastermind, and we find an early immersion helps with deeper integration.
Our program includes two streams, alternating on a weekly basis.
Stream 1: Mastermind Group Meetings (2x per month)
The Mastermind Group meets for 3 quarters. Each quarter focuses on one of the three pillars of the Design Operating System.
Participants develop skill with:
- A new consumption practice that includes awareness and steps outside of the mind
- Stages of manifestation of how things take form and right timing
- How to co-create your intention with the incoming future that transcends and includes linear rational processing
Stream 2: Life & Business Destiny Design Group Meetings (2x per month)
Stream 2 is a continuation of the Life Mission inquiry that was initiated in first day of the Introductory class. You’ll continue to explore questions of ultimate meaning, with a process that also supports insights in the short term. The first three levels of Life Mission are explored here, as a personal inquiry into:
- Why am I here, what am I here to do and who am I called to be (Q1)
- How will I live this, and take action from life mission? (Q2)
- What’s the manner in which I live and act from this Life mission? (Q3)
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
- A new way of meeting complexity — less reactivity, more grounded responsiveness.
- A leadership design that includes all of who you are and are becoming.
- Practices to uplift and uplevel your intelligence and perspective. This will put you on the escalator to move through stages of development.
- A new capacity to be in life you could apply to partnering with your colleagues, stakeholders, team, parenting and family, AI…
