Jill Taylor is a dedicated transformation specialist whose career spans the founding and leadership of three innovative businesses. As co-founder of The Taylor Group with her mother Carolyn Taylor, she pioneered approaches at the intersection of wellness and leadership, helping clients understand and navigate complex changes confronting them and develop the internal resources needed to thrive amid transformation.
As CEO of Burgerville, Jill demonstrated strategic flexibility during the COVID crisis while strengthening local economies through partnerships with regional farmers—creating sustainable value for all stakeholders. In 2023, alongside Shelly Cooper and Daniel Goodenough, she co-founded The HuPerson Project, an initiative focused on transforming leadership awareness and presence, developing new thinking structures essential for navigating our emerging world. Her changemaker spirit earned recognition from the Portland Business Journal as one of Portland, Oregon’s most influential women.
Jill has pursued extensive training in human development and transformation, often studying directly with the founders of groundbreaking methodologies. Her education includes work with Alpha Awareness, NLP (John Grinder, Judith DeLozier, Lesley Cameron-Bandler & Robert Dilts), Virginia Satir, Tony Robbins, Landmark and Consulting Services, Four Winds (Alberto Villoldo), Integral Institute, Spiral Dynamics (Don Beck and Christopher Cooke), Pluralistic Networks (Fernando Flores, Gloria Flores), and Mobilizing Networks (Chauncey Bell). Her executive coaching experience includes collaborative work with The Lampton Group and Jacques Rebibo.
